Review of The Last Rodeo
Review (4.5 Stars): The Last Rodeo was an entertaining and charming romance that will put a smile on your face. Lucian is danger of losing his land and his long-time assistant all in the same week. When his mother comes up with the crazy idea for him to become engaged to Kaylee, his assistant, he thinks that Kaylee will never go along with the idea. What he soon learns is that Kaylee has hidden her feelings about Lucian for a long time and being engaged may be exactly what this surly cowboy needs to turn over a new leaf.
These two characters were great together and I loved the humor that Ms. Fossen incorporates over the course of the story that had me laughing out loud. I was amazed that Lucian and Kaylee kept their feelings hidden after all this time and when they admitted their feelings, their chemistry could light up the night. This was a great romance and I love all of Ms. Fossen’s books.
