Lauren Layne is the USA Today Bestselling author of contemporary romance.

Review (4.25) Maggie and Anthony were a great couple even though they had a really rough start. Maggie was such a sweet character, who was trying to desperately to start her life over again after her recent divorce. She was physically attracted to Anthony whenever he came to the diner where she worked, but fate always caused her to spill things on him when she was in his proximity. Anthony was a tough-as-nails police officer who didn’t have time for love, especially with the tempting waitress that he saw every Sunday. When Anthony needs Maggie’s help to solve a case, the sparks fly and he finds that Maggie may be exactly what he needs.
Steal Me was a thrilling sexually-charged romance that will keep you on the edge of your seat. These two characters were exact polar opposites that fit so well together when Anthony finally gave in to his attraction to Maggie. I love Ms. Layne’s characters in this series and I’m so excited about the next book because I’m hoping that it is Vincent’s story.
