Review of Herons Landing

Review (4.5 Stars):  Herons Landing was a beautifully written romance about having a second chance at finding love after experiencing loss.  Seth Harper lost his wife to a terrorist’s bomb while she served in the military and has given up on love.  Throwing himself into his work to numb the pain, he never expected Brianna Mannion to come back into his life and open his heart again to the possibility of happiness.  Brianna came home to Honeymoon Harbor to pursue her dream of running a Bed and Breakfast and Seth Harper is the perfect person to help renovate her property so it is up and running.  Together sparks fly and maybe Brianna and Seth can find their happy ending together.

This was such a sweet romance and I instantly connected with these characters.  Brianna was smart, sassy and had a fun personality that Seth desperately needed in his life.  She always had feelings for Seth and coming home gave Seth the second chance at love that he deserved.  This was the first book in a new series and I’m already hooked on these characters.  I can’t wait to see who gets their happy ending in the next book.
