Two FBI agents are caught in a merciless vigilante’s crosshairs in New York Times bestselling author Cynthia Eden’s electric Killer Instinct series

Sheltered in the shadows of the Smoky Mountains is the suspect who’s summoned FBI agent Macey Night’s fears to the surface. Every day that the “Profiler,” a vigilante serial killer, escapes justice is another day she’s reminded of what it is to be a ruthless predator’s prey. Capturing him is a craving deeper than anything she’s felt in a long time. But Agent Bowen Murphy, equal parts sexy and volatile, seems hell-bent on changing that. Working together—needing, living and breathing each other—they’re entwined to distraction.

Bowen’s used to operating on impulse: act, don’t feel. Now Macey and the controlled terror behind her beautiful eyes have him rethinking everything, including his rule to never get close to a colleague. He’s willing to fight for a future with Macey, but the consequences of love could be deadly.

Review of Into The Night

Review (5 Stars):  Cynthia Eden is the master of pulse-pounding romantic suspense and each of her books grab you from the very first page with its non-stop action.  Into The Night was a great story with a strong and courageous heroine that works with the FBI to put away the monsters that have affected not only her life but those of other FBI agents as well.  When faced with confronting her past, Macey Night is determined to put the killer that haunted her dreams behind bars but she soon finds that her nightmare is far from over when she learns that there is another killer planning to add her to their victim list.

I fell into Macey’s story right away and had a hard time putting this book down until I found out who was hunting Macey after everything she had been through.  Bowen was the perfect guy for her to help her hunt these monsters and she needed him by her side as she dealt with all this.  Ms. Eden has always been one of my favorite writers and this is a fabulous series.  Into The Night can definitely be a stand alone but I found it helpful to read the background on all the agents on Macey’s team in previous books since they all had their own up close and personal experience with a serial killer.  Great series and I can’t wait to read more from Ms. Eden.
