About the Author

NYT and USA Today Bestselling author B.J. Daniels was born in Texas but moved with her family to Montana at the age of five. Her first home was a cabin in the Gallatin Canyon and later a lake house on Hebgen Lake outside of West Yellowstone.

Most of her books are set in Montana, a place she loves. She lives now in a unique part of the state with her husband and three Springer Spaniels.

Review of Cowboy’s Legacy

Review (4 Stars):  This book was a well-written mystery that kept me up reading until the middle of the night.  Maggie and her boyfriend, Sheriff Flint Cahill, are ready to take their relationship to the next level by having Maggie finally move into his home.  Little does Maggie know but Flint is ready to do more than just have her move in but he is ready to propose to her and start their new life as husband and wife.  On the very day that Maggie is moving in, she suddenly disappears and Flint’s home looks like a crime scene.  Flint is determined to track all the clues and goes on a race against the clock to save the woman he loves before it is too late.

Cowboy’s Legacy was an entertaining thrill ride and I couldn’t wait to find out what happened to Maggie fast enough.  Ms. Daniels did a great job creating tension and suspense as to what happened to Maggie and Flint was the perfect hero.  He was willing to do anything that he needed to save the woman that he loves and I’ve learned that the Cahills will never give up on the people that they care about.  This book was a winner and I love every story that Ms. Daniels puts out.
