Review of An Unhappy Medium

Review(4.5 Stars):  An Unhappy Medium was an entertaining, well-written mystery that had me on the edge of my seat.  Clyde and her family are taking part in a Zombie run to raise funds for the animal shelter in this mystery when a body is discovered on the course after the festivities.  Clyde and her boyfriend, Mac, are soon involved in another murder investigation where the killer may have intended for someone close to Clyde to be originally be their victim.  Now, Clyde must find a killer before it is too late and a loved one becomes the next name on the list of victims.

I love this series!!  These mysteries are funny, charming and the characters always make me smile.  I loved the aspect of having the murder take place during a zombie run which brought a lot of excitement and suspense to the storyline.  Clyde and her family are delightful and this mystery had so many plot twists and turns that kept me guessing until the very end.  This is the fourth book in the Family Fortune mystery series and I can’t wait to see what happens next for this crime-solving family.
