Review of Seventh Born
Review (4.5 stars): Seventh Born was a fun, entertaining thrill-ride and loved every minute of this story. Sera is a seventhborn which is a seventh-born daughter born to a witch and because of this, her mother lost her powers and her life while having Sera. To find her family and become an inspector, she goes to the Aetherium’s Witchling Academy where seventhborns are ridiculed and treated as outcasts. There she catches the eye of Professor Nikolai Barrington, who is willing to help her achieve her goal as long she becomes his assistant. From there, Sera learns that there is someone hunting seventhborns and she may have gotten more than she bargained for.
I loved Seventh Born and spending time with the quick-tempered Sera as she goes on her journey to find her family. I enjoy books about witches and Ms. Sanz brought this wonderful story to life. This book was a fun story to read and I can’t wait to see what she puts out next.
